Getting Toddlers To Sit Still For Photos
Good Morning Peeps!
Most Moms will go crazy trying to keep their littles still for photos. My big secret, DON'T! They're toddlers, they "Toddle". Let them move and fidget, let them be children. Bring them to fun places where they can play and be themselves. Sit back and enjoy. Take that camera out and shoot. Those are the photos that you're gonna want. Not the stuffy poses that you'll look at and remember how frustrating it was to get your little to sit and smile...
Take them to the park, bring them in the yard and give them some bubbles, take them to an open feild and let them run.. Pay attention to the details. Move distractions out of the way, laundry baskets, trash, dirty diapers, weird guy .. lol! You get the picture.
It's also ok to play along MOMMA!! Have fun, laugh, blow bubbles. This is what you want to remember. This is what you want your Littles to remember when they look at the photos. Stop worrying about things you can't change, breathe and enjoy your blessings!

Happy February Loves!

Don't forget to see your Blessings!
Hey My Peeps!!
Sweet Holy Moley, it's gorgeous outside!! The colors, the smells, the laughter and the crackling of the leaves... I'm in absolute heaven! I sincerely hope you are all enjoying this too!! I know, the mornings are chilly and the allergies are here... BUT My Peeps!! That's what pretty scarves, boots and Claritin are for my friends!! Get outside and breathe!!! Enjoy the sweet little nothings! It DOES NOT LAST LONG ENOUGH!!
My girls are kinda at the stage where they could dress up for Halloween and go to fun parties, but wouldn't mind hanging around a fire pit and just chilling with family and friends too. Either way, though, they LOVE IT!! Halloween, Hay Rides, Corn Mazes, Caramel Apples, Fire-pits... Bring it on!!
Recently, my girls have been attending the Friday Night Football games at school. So much fun!! They love watching the games, Mama loves watching them cheer their schoolmates on... and the cuddling up with my babies is a blessing too!! ;0)
Sometimes, with all the hustle and bustle of the fall and winter seasons, we are so into doing everything for everyone, we forget to do for ourselves. Just try to remember, life is short, time is not promised. Try to find joy in everything you do!! No matter what it is. It actually takes more effort to be miserable, than it does to choose to be happy!
So the next time you're running out the door for someone else, find something good in it for you! Like... How Blessed am I to be able to do this?! How Blessed am I that My Kids want me to be there with them?! How Blessed am I that I'm ALIVE and ABLE?! How Blessed am I that I woke up this morning?! See your Blessings, except them with Love and Gratefulness and Enoy it!!
